The new Parlour Series celebrates storytelling and music, cabaret style! It began with Dorothy Parker Pen - an evening of New Yorker Dorothy Parker's witty, wise and vicious poetry and short stories. She was the queen of the Algonquin Table and award-winning screenwriter.

The poems and prose was accompanied by the brilliant golden era of jazz performed by jazz diva Ali Bodycoat and pianist Joshua Haines. People didn't realise how much they knew of Dorothy Parker until they heard her funny anecdotes, met with laughter and recognition.

Venue 360 is the perfect place to stage this series, with its wonderful LED screen backdrop, circular stage, cocktail and theatre seating and funky little bar!
