In a sell-out show at The Ellington Jazz Club on International Women's Day,
March 8, 2025, Lit Live brought together a fabulous cast of singers and storytellers - pianist/singer Erin Hickey, singer and storyteller Penny Shaw, jazz singer Simone Craddock,
storyteller Lauren Thomas and producer and storyteller Sarah McNeill.
Together we read great short stories and letters by women and sang
songs women made famous. It ended with the audience joining us in
a rendition of Helen Reddy's I AM WOMAN!
